The assessment evaluates six health-indicator dimensions in parallel: cardiometabolic (lipids and lipid particles, ApoB, oxidized LDL, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, HbA1c, blood pressure variability), mitochondrial (organic acids, lactate-to-pyruvate ratio, NAD+ levels where available), gut (microbiome composition, intestinal permeability markers, short-chain fatty acid profile), neurological (cognitive screening, sleep architecture from wearable data, BDNF where indicated), immune (CBC differential, inflammation markers including hs-CRP and IL-6, immune cell function), and cancer-risk (multi-cancer screening biomarkers, family-history-driven panels). Combined with lifestyle questionnaire and wearable data into a personalized biological-age picture across each dimension — not a single number.
Independent partner-clinic physicians.
Club health advisors handle scheduling, member communication, and the narrative explanation of what your results mean and how they fit your goals. Medical judgment, formal diagnosis, and any prescriptions are performed independently by partner-clinic licensed physicians who review the same data through a clinical lens. This separation matters: the Club is a wellness-advisory service, not a medical practice. It does not replace your family physician and is not part of public health insurance. Where the assessment surfaces findings that warrant clinical attention, we coordinate referral to the appropriate partner-clinic physician or back to your family doctor with a structured handover.
Foundation → Comprehensive → Executive.
Foundation (entry tier) covers biological age, baseline metabolic and inflammatory markers, lifestyle inventory, and a single advisor consultation. Most members start here to establish a reference picture. Comprehensive adds genomic and telomere markers, multi-omics (metabolomics, proteomics, partial methylation), brain & cognitive evaluation, full microbiome and immune profiling, and quarterly review across a year. Executive includes everything in Comprehensive plus partner-clinic imaging (low-dose chest CT, brain MRI when indicated, cardiac calcium score), multi-cancer screening panels, AI dashboard integration with continuous wearable feeds, and 24×7 stewardship coordination. We do not push you toward higher tiers without specific clinical reason to add the markers they include.

Frequently Asked
Is the assessment a medical service?
No. The assessment is a wellness-advisory service for Longevity Club private members. Medical interpretation, formal diagnosis, and prescriptions are performed independently by partner-clinic licensed physicians who review the same data through a clinical lens. The Club is not part of public health insurance (MSP). Where the assessment surfaces findings that warrant clinical attention, we coordinate referral to the appropriate physician or back to your family doctor.
How long until I see results?
Foundation tier results are available in 1-2 weeks. Comprehensive runs 4-6 weeks due to multi-omics turnaround. Executive depends on imaging and multi-cancer panel components and typically runs 6-10 weeks. We schedule advisor sessions to deliver results, not just send a PDF.
Will the assessment tell me something my family doctor cannot?
It will surface markers your family doctor likely does not routinely order, particularly in the multi-omics, telomere, and AI-anomaly-detection domains. It will not replace primary care — that remains your family physician's role. Findings that suggest clinical investigation are handed back to your family doctor or to a partner-clinic specialist with structured documentation.
How is data stored?
On infrastructure compliant with PIPEDA and BC PIPA. You can request retrieval, export, or destruction at any time. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit; access is restricted to your assigned advisor team and is auditable.
Can I do just one piece of the assessment?
We discourage à-la-carte ordering of single markers in isolation, because individual numbers are most meaningful in the context of the broader picture. We can build a custom panel based on your specific concerns, but we recommend at least the Foundation tier as a reference baseline before targeted follow-up.
