Cross-Canada wait times for non-urgent CT and MRI now exceed 12 weeks. Our private suite slots most studies within 5–7 days. We accept self-pay, third-party insurance, and out-of-province requisitions; no GP referral is required for screening exams.

Diagnostic-grade scanners, board-certified radiologists.
1.5T and 3T MRI, 64-slice CT, high-resolution ultrasound, DEXA bone densitometry, and whole-body MRI screening. All studies are read by Canadian-trained radiologists and signed off by an MMC physician familiar with your case.

Frequently Asked
Do I need a doctor's referral?
Most screening studies (cardiac calcium score, whole-body MRI, DEXA) do not require referral. Diagnostic CT and MRI ordered for symptoms do. We can connect you with our family physicians if needed.
Can I bring outside images for a second opinion?
Yes. Bring CD or DICOM files; our radiologists provide formal second-opinion reports for $250–$450 depending on modality.
Is contrast included?
Standard contrast-enhanced studies include the contrast cost in the quoted fee. Specialised agents (Gadoxetate, etc.) are quoted separately.
Are images stored?
Studies are archived for 10 years per BC College of Physicians standards. You can request DICOM exports any time.
