Comprehensive Health Exam

Uninsured residents, visitors, expats.
MSP covers symptomatic primary care; it does not cover preventive comprehensive exams. Our self-pay package is designed for: people without an MSP card (visitors, new-arrivals, work-permit holders before MSP eligibility), expats home for a short visit, and BC residents who want a deeper baseline than a 10-minute GP visit allows.

Half-day and full-day packages.
Half-day (3.5h, $1,800): vitals, ECG, full blood and urine panel, abdominal ultrasound, 30-minute physician consultation, written report. Full-day (7h, $3,600): adds chest X-ray, low-dose chest CT, cardiac stress test, dermatology screening, and 60-minute results consultation. Translator services included for non-English speakers.

Frequently Asked
Can I do this without MSP?
Yes. The exam is designed for self-pay patients — visitors, newcomers still in the MSP waiting period, work-permit holders, overseas Chinese visiting home, and BC residents who want a more thorough check than a short GP visit.
Half-day or full-day?
Half-day ($1,800, about 3.5 hours): vitals, ECG, full blood and urine panel, abdominal ultrasound and a 30-minute physician consultation with a written report. Full-day ($3,600, about 7 hours) adds chest X-ray, low-dose chest CT, cardiac stress test, skin screening and a 60-minute results consultation.
Is service available in Chinese?
Yes. Translation is provided for non-English speakers, and reports are in English with a Chinese version on request.
