Private Health Advisor + Health Steward

Advisor + steward, working as one.
The advisor is your long-term partner on goals, lifestyle, and the strategic direction of your healthspan work. They review assessment results with you, propose protocols across the Vitality umbrella, contextualize partner-clinic recommendations, and adjust the plan as life and labs change. Quarterly reviews are scheduled; ad-hoc reviews happen as needed. The steward is the operational layer — they coordinate day-to-day scheduling across partner clinics, prepare records before each consultation, handle prescription refill timing with the compounding pharmacy, arrange travel logistics for out-of-town imaging, and serve as the single point-of-contact for all your member services. The advisor thinks across years; the steward executes across days. Most members find that the steward role is what they did not know they were missing.

Not a replacement for family medicine or public care.
Concierge is a complementary service, not a parallel medical practice. Your family physician remains your family physician. Specific clinical care is delivered by partner-clinic licensed physicians for the regenerative and wellness components, and by your existing primary-care and specialty providers for everything else. The Club's role is to assist with flow, records, and member experience — and to make sure that the various clinicians involved in your care can see what each other has done. We will not prescribe, diagnose, or perform procedures. We will make sure the right physician sees you, in the right setting, at the right time, with the right context.

Vancouver, Shanghai, and the international travel layer.
Members who travel between Vancouver, Shanghai, and other international destinations receive cross-border coordination through the MMC × Shanghai Xinuo Shenzhou partnership and Dr. Jiang's affiliations with academic partners in the US, Europe, and Asia. Practically this means: continuity of dosing for IV protocols while you are abroad, partner-clinic introductions in destination cities where appropriate, secure portable records, and travel-medicine support including medication letters, time-zone-aware dosing schedules, and remote advisor consultations across time zones. Members based outside Vancouver also use the cross-border layer for periodic intensive visits combining assessment, imaging, and protocol calibration in a single multi-day visit.

Frequently Asked
Does Concierge replace my family doctor?
No. The Longevity Club is a private membership service for wellness coordination and advisory. It is not part of public health insurance (MSP), it is not a primary-care practice, and it is not a replacement for the family physician you have or should have. Where you do not have a family physician and live in BC, we can assist with the MSP-attached options available.
How are fees structured?
Membership fees cover advisory and coordination services. Specific clinical care is billed independently by each partner clinic according to their pricing. Annual membership ranges by tier (Member, Executive, Founding Member); Founding-Member benefits lock for life. We provide itemized receipts for extended-health benefit and CRA Medical Expense Tax Credit submission where applicable.
What happens if I'm traveling and need urgent care?
Your steward is reachable 24×7 and coordinates with appropriate destination resources. For genuine medical emergencies we direct you to local emergency services first — the Club's coordination support runs in parallel, not instead. For non-urgent issues, your advisor can arrange tele-consultations and coordinate referrals at your destination.
How do you handle privacy when records are shared across clinics?
Every cross-clinic record share requires your documented consent, and consent is granular — you can authorize one specific clinic, one specific record, or general sharing across the Club partner network. Records are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is auditable. You can revoke any consent and request destruction at any time.
