Longevity Assessment Biological Age, Decoded
Biological age. Genomic and telomere markers. Cardiometabolic, mitochondrial, brain and multi-omics indicators. The Longevity Assessment is the foundation of every Longevity Club membership — a structured, multi-tier evaluation that translates dozens of biological inputs into a single coherent picture of where your healthspan is today and which levers will most change its direction. We do not believe biological age is a single number; we present it as a vector across systems, with confidence intervals and a clear roadmap of which findings warrant action now, which warrant watching, and which are noise. Delivered through independent partner labs as part of a private wellness membership. Not covered by MSP; medical interpretation is performed independently by partner-clinic licensed physicians.

Vitality & Regenerative Programs Coordinated through Partner Clinics
Vitality is the umbrella under which the Longevity Club coordinates the operational backbone of regenerative medicine for members: NAD+ optimization, IV nutrient therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement, exosome and PRP therapies, and the Pain Management track. All clinical care is delivered independently by partner clinics — RAAC, SkinArt MD, MMC Wellness Group, and others — under standard Canadian regulatory care. The Club's role is to integrate: shared records across clinics, single point-of-contact scheduling, coordinated dosing calendars that avoid cofactor competition (a common issue when independent clinicians each prescribe an optimization protocol without seeing each other's work), and member companionship through what can otherwise be a fragmented experience. We coordinate the pathway; the partner-clinic physicians make the clinical decisions.

Private Health Advisor + Health Steward
A dedicated health advisor and a 24×7 personal health steward together form the operating system of every Longevity Club membership. The advisor is a long-term partner — someone who knows your goals, history, and trajectory, and who provides the year-over-year continuity that primary care in busy public systems often cannot. The steward is the operational layer underneath — coordinating consultations, partner-clinic bookings, records consolidation, lab scheduling, travel logistics, and member events. The two roles are deliberately separated because the work is different: the advisor thinks; the steward executes. Membership service — not a substitute for your family physician, not covered by public health insurance. We are clear about what we are and what we are not.

Vancouver MMC Longevity Club Where Health Meets Life
A private member community at the intersection of longevity medicine and the lifestyle that surrounds it. Members receive longevity assessments, vitality and pain-management program coordination, 24×7 stewardship, and partner-clinic fast-tracking; alongside an editorial of curated arts, music, dining, golf, philanthropy, and bespoke travel. The Club is built on the conviction that healthspan and life are not separate projects — that the time, attention, and community structure required to age well are most effectively built together. Founding Members capacity is limited; the inaugural cohort locks perpetual benefits and shapes the Club's direction.

MMC Anti-Aging Research Institute Where Clinic Meets UBC
The MMC Anti-Aging Research Institute is embedded at the UBC Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and runs as the academic engine behind the Longevity Club's clinical and educational work. Research collaborations span longevity-medicine clinical practice, regenerative biology, nanomedicine drug delivery, mesenchymal stem-cell research, and Canada-China translational programs. Members receive quarterly research briefings, invitations to the Institute's public seminars and annual events, and opportunities to participate in appropriate research as cohorts are recruited under ethics-board approval. Collaborations do not constitute medical commitments to members; they form the academic visibility layer that distinguishes a serious longevity practice from a consumer wellness brand.

AI Health Intelligence Precision Prevention, Edited
AI Health Intelligence is the analytical layer that turns a scattered universe of biological signals — lab panels, genomic data, wearable streams, assessment results, lifestyle inputs — into one coherent annual trajectory for each member. The system integrates global medical datasets to surface early warnings and precision-intervention guidance: anomalies your eye would miss in a single lab report, but that an algorithm trained on patterns from thousands of similar trajectories catches early. The framing matters: this is wellness-advisory analytics — not a medical diagnostic device. The AI's job is to help your advisor and your partner-clinic physicians see further and earlier. The clinical decisions stay with them. We are deliberate about that boundary because the alternative — treating AI output as a substitute for clinical judgment — is both regulatorily indefensible and clinically dangerous.
