Membership delivers two parallel layers. The wellness layer: comprehensive longevity assessment at the appropriate tier, coordinated access to the Vitality and Pain Management programs across partner clinics, a dedicated advisor and 24×7 steward, unified records across the partner network, quarterly review sessions, and AI dashboard integration. The lifestyle layer: curated arts and music programming, private dining series, golf and country club introductions, philanthropic events that connect members with causes and peers, and bespoke travel arrangements internationally — including longevity-medicine intensive visits, cultural exchanges, and wellness retreats. The two layers are integrated, not parallel: a culinary experience may include nutritional context relevant to your protocols; a philanthropic event may connect you with members in your industry.

Direction: the Club focuses on longevity assessment and lifestyle management — the strategic, multi-year arc of healthspan work — rather than reactive medical episodes. Network: the MMC Group partner-clinic network (RAAC, SkinArt MD, MMC Wellness Group, and specialty referral partners) provides the operational delivery layer for the regenerative and wellness components. Research: the MMC Anti-Aging Research Institute embedded at UBC connects members to the frontier of longevity science through quarterly briefings, public seminars, and international forum invitations. The three pillars are designed to reinforce: Direction guides what members work on, the Network delivers it, and Research keeps both informed by the global state of the field.

Executive is the comprehensive tier for members who want the full assessment depth (including imaging and multi-cancer panels), family secondary memberships, and priority access across the partner network. Member is the entry tier providing core stewardship, quarterly advisor reviews, and access to the Vitality coordination layer. Tier movement is possible at annual renewal. Specific pricing publishes in 2026; Founding Members lock their benefits package for life regardless of future tier-pricing evolution.

Can I join now?
Founding-Member recruitment is active and capacity-limited. Other tier rollouts begin in late 2026. Prospective members enter via a confidential consultation with the Membership Director, where fit, goals, and tier are discussed. Final acceptance is at the Membership Committee's discretion.
What is the pricing?
Tier details and pricing publish in 2026. Founding Members lock perpetual benefits, meaning their package and pricing structure remain stable regardless of how future tier-pricing evolves. Pricing reflects the comprehensive coordination layer rather than the underlying clinical services, which are billed separately by each partner clinic.
Can I add family members?
Yes. Executive and Founding Members can add family secondary memberships at preferential rates. Secondary members receive the core stewardship and assessment layer; specific tier inclusions are defined in the membership package.
Can I leave the Club later?
Yes. Membership renews annually and is not a binding multi-year commitment beyond the current term. We do not use exit-fee structures. Founding Members who depart retain their records and can return at the existing Founding-Member terms if capacity permits.
