What we ask at booking
Ten seconds of information saves a return visit.
Full name as on passport, date of birth, country of citizenship, IRCC reference number (if upfront medical was requested), pregnancy status, any prior tuberculosis or significant medical conditions, preferred language. We confirm by email with date, time, fees, and parking instructions.
