Guidelines for Requesting a COVID-19 Test
1. Choose the appropriate test type based on your needs (regular or STAT).
2. Fill out the request form with your personal information.
3. Provide a valid email address and phone number for us to contact you.
4. Click the “Submit Request” button to complete the process.

– Avoid eating, drinking, smoking, or chewing gum for at least 30 minutes before the test.
– Wear a face mask or covering during the entire testing process.
– Maintain social distancing and follow all safety protocols at the testing site.

Preparing for the Test
1. Arrive at the scheduled appointment time to ensure a smooth testing process.
2. Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card (if applicable).
3. Be prepared to answer questions about your medical history and any COVID-19 symptoms you may be experiencing.

Interpreting Test Results
Our healthcare professionals will order the appropriate COVID-19 test based on your symptoms and exposure history. The test results will be interpreted according to the latest clinical guidelines and recommendations from public health authorities.

Turnaround Time for Test Results
– **Regular COVID-19 Test:** Results typically available within 2-3 business days.
– **STAT COVID-19 Test:** Results provided within 24 hours.

Dr.Jiang is a very considerate doctor. Last time I came to the clinic for a serious cough. He first gave me a comprehensive check, and let me detail the feelings of throat at different times. He also asked whether I had other ailments or allergies before giving me prescriptions.
